ABOUT / CLINICAL INDEX

Why Stellar and Clinical Index share a founder.

The verification methodology Stellar passes through wasn't built after the brand. It came first. This page explains the relationship structure, the disclosure architecture, and the path toward genuine structural independence.

THE STRUCTURE

TWO ENTITIES, ONE FOUNDER

Founder-shared. Fully disclosed. Independent where it counts.

Stellar Health Labs makes supplements. Clinical Index is the verification methodology those formulas are scored against. Both were founded by the same individual, and we disclose that directly.

Clinical Index is not an arm's-length human auditor — it is a transparent, deterministic computational methodology: AI extracts structured data from labels and studies, and fixed framework math computes every score. Two things make it trustworthy despite the shared founder. The lab is genuinely independent — the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory that issues every certificate of analysis is a third party neither entity can influence. And the scoring math is fixed and reproducible — the same inputs always produce the same score, so marketing cannot move a number.

This page exists because the relationship is real and the FTC's §255.5 endorsements-and-testimonials framework requires that it be disclosed. The disclosure is intentional, not reactive. The architecture was designed for it from day one.

WHY IT'S STRUCTURED THIS WAY

Three reasons the relationship is honest, not hidden.

01 · PRIORITY

Methodology preceded product.

The Clinical Index framework was developed before Stellar shipped a single SKU. Stellar formulas were built against the framework, not retrofitted to it.

02 · INDEPENDENCE

The lab cannot be influenced.

The ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory is third-party. Heavy metals, microbials, identity, and standardization data come from outside both entities — that's where verification actually lives.

03 · TRANSPARENCY

The methodology is public.

Scoring criteria, audit process, per-product results — all documented at clinicalindex.com. Customers can inspect the work end-to-end.

INDEPENDENCE ROADMAP

The 12–18 month milestones toward genuine separation.

Founder-shared today, structurally independent tomorrow. The transition is staged, dated, and published.

01 · Now → 6 months

Disclosure architecture in place.

Per-page disclosure language. The §255.5 footer disclosure. This dedicated relationship page. Methodology pages cross-link to clinicalindex.com.

02 · 6 → 12 months

Operating separation deepens.

Independent editorial governance for Clinical Index methodology updates. Public audit logs. Additional supplement brands brought into the Clinical Index audit cycle.

03 · 12 → 18 months

Genuine structural independence.

Target end-state: Clinical Index governance fully separated from Stellar founder operation, with documented continuity of methodology. Updates dated as they happen.
