How It Works
The ingredient set is composed to support complementary mitochondrial pathways rather than overlapping the same one. Shilajit and ubiquinol CoQ10 sit on the electron-transport-chain side. Nicotinamide riboside (Niagen®) feeds the NAD+ pool. Urolithin A (Mitopure®) and PQQ are studied for their roles in mitophagy and mitochondrial biogenesis.
